BOOTOX TRAINING DAY (while Schmolli watches TV)

March 15...13 Days to Bootie the Battle. and while schmolli is having a schnitzel in the "Wirtshaus zum goldenen Hirsch", bootox did a 20k run, 400 sit ups and dynamic water balancing training. he ate 2 kg of south american beef and for lunch he had 1 carton of eggs.
schmolli should better try to get his austrian body into shape somehow, which should be hard enough for him.

from nothing comes nothing as we say here in bavaria...ne!
